Drones - The Law

Joking aside, not a good idea to fly a drone over or near people. Or identifiable wildlife.

The wildlife do not have to be identifiable - many places pretty close to ski resorts have a no-fly zone to protect local fauna.

Hoch y Brig, for example, to the left of the car park when looking from the road is such a zone.

Seems that CH is adopting the EU rules starting in Jan 23.

As I read it all the rules are applicable for drones over 250g including battery.

Unless they have a camera!

I have an a Mavic Air that it on it's last legs (batteries no longer available) so I probably won't replace it due to the new regulations.

I have the very first DJI and still the batteries are available (mainly through AliEx). I am pretty sure you can find them.
