I have a new job. It necessitates lots of travel to hot dusty areas, wearing the full suit/tie/trousers shebang.
Consequently, ive been looking for a convenient dry cleaner with a quick turnaround time and reasonable prices.
Ive looked in to Migros and Coops services, since i'm led to believe a lot of smaller more expensive shops use them anyway. whether this is true or not, they are very conveniently located and they are a sizable chunk cheaper than the smaller shops.
For perspective, my current local DC charges 30fr for a jacket and trousers, and 3.50 per shirt. A typical load is 2 suits and 5 shirts, adding up to 77.50chf. While i'm happy to pay for good quality cleaning, this seems a silly amount. Add to that, they usually need a week turnaround time, and its a little jarring.
Migros, on the other hand, have a service which would charge 57.10, and claim to be able to turn around in 3 days.
Coop would charge 75.75 for the same load. From a cost perspective, Migros has the lead. They both claim a similar turnaround time.
My concern is the quality. Does anyone here use coop or migros for their dry cleaning? Whats the quality like? anybody recommend or not recommend either one?
thanks
