I do not use hair dryer or hair straightener, i do not dye it, so i have no idea what happened.
How did this happened, isn't a haircut supposed to help your hair?
Any advice on a good shampoo? treatment?
Thank you

What has worked after three years of trial and error is to only wash it twice a week with shampoo, and to apply a conditioner and leave a coating in. Unfortunately, that means dandruff is a problem.
I struggle to find a decent leave-in conditioning product here. I don't know why... I haven't seen any 'spray conditioning' products anywhere...except in the specialist hairdresser at the HB that has a lot of other imported hair products...
I was studying with a bunch of women a couple of years ago and the older generation were giving advice, and they said they have long-ago insisted on hairdressing with 'no product' - if it doesn't sit nicely just from being washed, cut and dried, then it's not worth it - my hairdresser has awesome 'settling' product that they put in before blowing it dry, but of course it never is quite as nice once I get home...
I iron after every wash but sometimes if im more patient with the blower, it works well but with MORE volume which i dont need. I use a haircoat/cuticle to protect but only at the tips an inch from the roots) because its normal that after a day, natural oils will come out from the roots.
After a haircut, i notice that the tips are kinda rough and dont follow normal hairflow anymore. Just give it some days to soften a bit.
I wish i could wash it only twice a week, i do it skeeping a day otherwise it looks terrible...
Well good look, if any good advice received or worked for you, don't forget to share it
Alas, it's not perfect idea though since I usually just blow a bit at the roots to give it a suggestion of which way to go but otherwise let the curls go natural. This means that day 2 hair is brushed out and being flippy and weird which then means barrettes. (I don't think I've worn barrettes this often since my school girl days.)
Apparently hair doesn't need a lot of washing (unless it gets dirty in other ways, such as exercise and sweat) and shampoos, mild, additive free, baby, whatever, strip out the natural oils if used too often.
