I put together a report detailing some due diligence I did on a parcel of land I was tempted to buy, and I would like to publish it, but I found enough holes to sink the ship.
Do I dare? I run through AI a dozen or more times, asking it about liability, and I think it is waterproof.
you could (a) take a ‘product / service’ legal insurance, as you will be basically working as a consultant, (b) write a massive (usually standard) disclaimer in your contracts, and (c) acid-test it with some clients first at a reduced price.. with (a) and (b) in place.
If you don’t understand the Swiss legal frame work to the point that you understand your exposure… Who in heavens name can you expect to be capable of doing actual Due Diligence???
AI is about as useful as a choclate tea pot when it comes to given legal advice because it is not capable of a single independent thought. You could potentially be exposing yourself to a lot more than liability… Go get yourself proper legal advice and pay particular attention to privacy laws.
