What is the deal with it? I knew nothing about it before. I love eating it but I have no idea what it is or if it is healthy?
Its wheat. Pretty healthy in a carby kinda way
They're wheat berries, a very healthy whole grain.
Okay, I've read about Ebly The whole grain..
But didn't get any usage, means Does Ebly use in bread or any other meal??
Ebly is served like pasta or rice - steam/boil and add sauce, herbs or cheese...
It's versatile stuff. High in protein and fiber and can be served in a multitude of ways. I like to fix it in some stock and let it soak up the flavor, similar to cooking rice. For those who don't know, this is it:
As Principia said, I believe it's soft wheat berries.
