Well, I bought a LED light, EGLO GIRON-C from Jumbo, supposed to be Bluetooth connection. I also bought the remoter, and should be simple that use the remoter to connect and also use the App to control.
I also installed properly and the electricity works well as well (I tested), but I dunno know why it does not work. My phone cannot detect the light bluetooth, and the light has no signal at all.
So I was wondering if someone here had the similar experience. Would appreciate that you could share some experience with me or your expertise in the area.

I think the problem is the Bluetooth. I cannot find the bulb from Mobile App. Is this something that you could help?
According to my understanding, I only need to install the light and then should be easy to find from Mobile app., but I have no idea why it doesn't work.
As promised, I’m providing you with feedback from our supplier and he has an idea:
Initially the light bulb was probably linked to the remote control. In this case it is no longer automatically visible in the APP. Please proceed as follows:
• Make sure Bluetooth and the location determination have been activated on the Smartdevice
• Keep in the area of the lights (ideally 1 – 3 meters)
• Automatic detection must be activated in the "Settings" section of the app.
• Switch to the “my controllers” section
• Press the plus sign in the upper right corner
• Switch the remote control to smartphone mode (simultaneously press the "on" and "blue" buttons for 3 seconds)
• Link the remote control and the connected light
Another reason may be that the light has previously been linked to another account. In this case, please delete the light from the old account and reset and then re-integrate into the new account.

I tried but it still does not work, but can you please tell me how I can make sure of the first point "Make sure Bluetooth and the location determination have been activated on the Smartdevice"? as actually I cannot find the light through Bluetooth.
