Did you replace the machine? If so the new supplier is obliged to take away the old machine for free. You paid extra for this in the purchase price.
The replacement is tax deductable too - if you are over the package allowance and assuming you are the property owner...

Was it the municipal recycling place or a private recycling place?
At our dechetterie you can leave similar stuff but you need to buy a vignette for each piece. I thought it was f20 but I’ve never done it. This is VD.
