People think it sounds great to run the government like a business, but they’re seeing now how it is working out - the CEO and his cronies are getting rich while everyone else gets stuffed.
Government isn’t there to please the people like corporations please shareholders. It’s there to provide some basic services at (hopefully) a low, fair price.

Believe it or not, there are companies that pay the Post to deliver their junk mail, so in that sense it is not “misused”, it’s doing the service they are paid to do (deliver “direct mail marketing” materials). However the taxpayer customer doesn’t always love the junk mail. And sometimes the Postie puts junk mail in the box despite the sticker that says not to.
We also get a lot of junk flyers that definitely don’t come from the Post - used car buyers, restaurants, etc.
I guess for me it’s not much different than all the advertising garbage we see online. We didn’t necessarily ask for ads but they’re there and track us across every site we visit.
So how do I modify the post?
Don’t post such nonsense in the first place and it won’t need to be flagged, edited or deleted.
At the bottom of your post click on the pencil to open the edit window or click on the three dots and select trash to delete it.

That’s because I deleted it.
It had been flagged by multiple users and hidden already and given that it served no useful purpose I deleted it.
Maybe think about what you wrote before posting in future.
