I thought to make a list of employers within Switzerland who accept fully remote workers (not hybrid) that might live in another canton compared to where the employer is located. So far I came across these:
Search on zefix.ch for any registered branch of american companies, there's many of them.
Will also depend on work permit as for B non si it's not simple to live in a different canton than the one of employment.

Thank you. I’ll try that. I’m with a C permit and currently live in a canton where there are no jobs, far away from everything. Thought it could also be the case of many others.
In that case you should start with a domain you're interested in. My employer does WFH, 4 days work week, worldwide but not for 100% of job types. In some professions people have to get on with a brick and mortar, 5 days, 9 to 5 jobs, because it won't work any other way.
