Enterprise Go Carsharing

Does anyone have any personal experiences using the Enterprise Go Carsharing app, the SBB promoted link for car rental that extend beyond what Mobility offers/is intended for.

The reviews for Helvetic Motion AG are mostly dreadful, but often reviews do not reflect those who had a good experience, as only those wanting to vent can be bothered.

I am considering renting a car for a longer journey lasting ca 2 weeks. I’ve checked the prices w/regular rentals from ZH airport, the Enterprise price from train station close to me is preferable, but not if I’m signing up for misery (things can go wrong regardless, forewarned can numb)

We have rented from Enterprise on their minilease and ended up with Helvetic thingie. Mostly a good experience -second time around car was not in the best state (lots of scratches etc) but I did not mind as that avoids any discussion in the end. We will rent again in a few weeks for 3 months.

Only one thing - I noticed with this last rental they have added a 95 CHF "vehicle delivery fee" which was not there before. In the past when I compared rental cars with Mobility I always found Mobility to be better especially as pick up and return are completely hassle free.

Were scratches already well documented, no attempts made to attribute to you/damage charges?

Most of reviews mention Enterprise trying to charge for pre-existing damage. (I inspect a vehicle when renting, still preferable not to deal with extra admin on return)

Yes we'll documented and no issue when returning. However I insisted to stay there and get the report (the guy just told me to leave the keys and go which of course I did not do). I still took photos of the whole car etc. However no issue.

They do have a list of damages out that they charge etc and I do think nowadays they can be pretty strict.
