Hi! I was employed for 10 months and then the employment contract was terminated by my employer. Right afterwards I was 2 months on sickness, and health insurance paid me money during this two month period.

It would a bit depend on your permit - search forum and there is couple posts about it. Other than that you should go to RAV and sign up - then you'd be the best informed about your situation .

sick time is not termination.
when you fall sick within termination window - that employment termination is carried over and restarted when again deemed to be fit for work.
As such if OP fall sick during his dismissal - he's effectively employed until after he recovered .
Simplified Example : let go at month 9 of his work - however every termination starts at first day of following month - so he effectively is in termination until end of month 10. Now, should he fall sick at day 25 of months ten, his termination is now pushed out by the time he's sick - and if his unfit-for-work latest 60-days , he'd remain officially employed for 13-months .
Also falling sick and not being able to go for job interviews and one is eligible for at least 3 days per months (I'd need to double check that - but I guess it's about that) - it again prolongers employment.
Now, RAV also has right "to look back" and should reasons for sickness be related to the job - there may be legal option to reinstate one at job for purpose of short -term invalidity ...and many other things..
one more question - if I work 10 months regular 100% job and then get a part-time job for 2 months, would I be entitled to RAV unemployed benefits afterwards?
yes, but why would you assume it be only couple months in the new job ?
