Looking for some advice maybe someone on here can help.
My ex employer has not sent me the documents I need for the Arbeitslossenkasse, despite repeated requests by letter text watsapp email etc. He has also not paid me for the last two weeks I worked for him. I dont really want to go into too much detail as this is a public forum but I am in complete limbo. I could approach him directly but I am afraid it will be become confrontational and it is affecting my mental health.

Tell the ALK, and they will get the documents, they are not to be sent to you!

Register with the AHV and complete their forms. One of those forms is sent to the employer for him to complete. If he fails to respond the AHV will follow it up.
I suppose for the pay file a Betreibung.
I had this recently - they outsourced the HR work and refused to send it electronically, so I had to wait on a post from freaking India.
I told my RAV consultant who sent ALK on them and only then did they decide to send it electronically. Document your attempts & have RAV/ALK chase the company if needed.
