Expat tax deduction - Where to claim in Bern tax form?

This is my first tax return in Bern and I can't find where I can claim the OEXPA tax deduction for expats. My previous tax return when I was in Vaud has a field for that but I can't find anything like that on Bern tax form. Anyone has idea?
