exporting sh bought car question

I have a question about buying a car for my father from Switzerland.

So basically I am here on a residence permit for a while now and I want to buy a decent car that my father will use (in a UE country).

I intend to buy one from a dealer in CH but I was not able to find online on how to do it for a car that is meant of export. Most quides are for buying cars and using them in CH.

I am opened to both possibilities: drive the car myself to my homecountry OR put it on flatbed truck to be sent there.

What is important to me is to have as little head ache as possible while doing everything legally and safe.

What papers will I need and how should I proceed?

Will I be forced to register the car on my name here when I am buying it or it can stay on the previous owner for a while so I can transport it in this period (so I don't have to register it in Switzerland only for a few days)?

No need to register it if shipping it.

Only a very stupid seller will sell a registered car to an export buyer.

If it is a second hand car and you want to drive it abroad you can get export plates .
Even your father could get the plates and drive the car to his home country.

Don’t know where your father lives, but fairly sure you’d save yourself a chunk of cash and paperwork by buying a car there.

So I need to get export plates if I intend to drive it but if I ship it I can leave it unregistered and register it only in my homecountry right?

So the car that I will buy from the dealer will have a ungultig car ID document right (since it is unregistered)? But I will still be able to see when the last MFK was done right?
