My wife started to study at EPFL and I came Lausanne with family reunification visa. We are both Non-EU citizens. Currently I started to work as a finance manager with fixed term but I might continue after either in the same level or senior financial analyst level. I am writing those so you can understand my profile. B permit is given for 1 year each time to my wife while she is studying and I will get family reunification after. Is it possible for me to break this cycle if my employee accepted to be my sponsor or do they need to be my sponsor because I am already here and working, is it possible if I just show my contract in next renewal of my visa and get the permit?

Most likely not as you got your permit from family reunification. Your permit is linked to your wife ́s.
If your employer would want to give you your own permit, the company would need to show that it cannot find anyone else from CH or the EU who can do the job (if that is possible at all due to your family reunification permit).
If they willing to sponsor me which means that they show that there is none available in EU, in that case do I need to return back and reply for visa or can I continue working while this process move separately?
It’s very difficult, if not impossible, to change non-EU B permits around. Your wife is the main permit holder and as such I seriously doubt you’d be able to change that, even if the employer could show they can’t find a Swiss/EU national to do the job. Also would they bother to go to the time and expense of advertising your job and trying to get a permit for you when they don’t need to?
