Family Reunification to Permit C(Non-EU)

Hi everyone,

I am here with a family reunification visa thanks to my wife study at EPFL(both non-eu). I know that she cannot apply for permit C only with studying, but since I am working, will it be possible to apply for a fast permit C after 5 years of working?

As per family reunification, your permit is tied to hers, so you probably can't get C, while she is on B.

However, I have received a fast track C while studying at UNIL (my working husband received it before me). I was not working.

Your wife can try, too.

Are you from a country that allows for an early C permit? As you mentioned fast-track.
