Seems like not everyone is so happy. Personally I wouldn't use them.
May be, but my experience with them was excellent. They delivered two products (ab-trainer and a garden chair) which had damage or got damaged during the delivery. They replaced both items free of charge and I didn't even have to return the items.
The two bikes (Hard trail bike and an ebike) both TOTEM run perfect to date after around one year.
In total I have spent around 4k CHF with them and well satisfied.
Ordered from them a bike repair toolkit for around CHf50 about a month ago. I made a transaction before 17h00 using CC on the previous day, the item reached me before 12h00 on the next day. Surprisingly, the fastest delivery service that I have ever received buying stuff online in CH.
I have not had a good experience. For none of my 2 recent orders were they able to commit to their promise of "order today, receive tomorrow" and this was the reason I ordered from them.
First item came one day late - which is ok.
Second item took over a week to ship by which time it arrived too late and Gonser refused to cancel and reimburse the order. Its a tiny amount but obviously they really don't care to take responsibility for their own failures and this makes me never want to shop with them again and to warn others.
Many recent reviews complain about time to ship etc so beware - if you can wait long time and are not shopping with them because of their promise, then by all means order. If you want a shop that stands by its promises or makes up for it when they fail, then go on and shop with them.

I had the exact same problem, an item I needed urgently did not arrive the next day and they ignored my cancellation so I had to go to a shop and buy a duplicate.
