So am looking to “get a bit into shape”, and I do think going to a boxing / kick-boxing gym is way better than regular gym … so quick question :
Does anybody know of a sparing gym in Zh or around that is “expat friendly” → mostly English speaker ?

Maybe David’s gym? I don’t do either but nowadays most will be expat friendly
My guess would be that pricey ones get more expats.
Indigo got good marks a while back (never been there, not really a gym person).
Not sure if I actually take new members current.
Is there boxing or kB in indigo? I couldn’t fint that on the schedule
I have no idea. I don’t have the willpower to go to a gym regularly, so I don’t really look at them too closely.

Ha, how did I miss this thread?! I used to spar in Basel and was looking for something in the Zurich area, this is very helpful! Im “old school” classical box, no feet, but they have it, so will definitely give them a try. Thanks!
