Their quotes were considerably cheaper than others I got quotes for and they did a great job. The most important thing is they have a "guarantee" (they will come back and clean again if the handover fails on missed / additional cleaning).
They are also present at the handover to the new tenant so it really gives you peace of mind that it will all be fine.
Anyway, I just wanted to share that with you guys as you won't be disappointed with the service they offer.
I used Blitz cleaning in Zurich, their quote was cheapest for a flat that was final cleaned in OCT (had to move out earlier than lease end). I thought it was still expensive but had no choice given all the stories I heard with the handover.
4 people turned up and finished in less than 2 hours, had to ask them to re-do the kitchen in some parts as I think they rushed and my place was pretty clean anyway.
The Agent came and wandered around and just opened the kitchen cupboards and tested the shutters.
I don't know if it was the cleanliness of the place or what but I was very worried having heard the horror stories of the final handover but the inspection was over in 5 minutes. The agent even asked if I wanted to have a look at another flat he had for rent....It was an interesting experience
I recently moved and think it would only be decent to recommend Total Reinigung, as they did such a fab job.
Their website is only in German ( http://www.total-reinigung.ch/ ), but if you contact them in English they will reply in English. Any questions I had were answered promptly by email and they visited my flat before confirming the quote they initially sent me, so there were zero unpleasant surprises later on. Compared with other companies they were certainly at the lower end of the price scale, but there was absolutely nothing about the service that would have given this away.
On the day of the handover there was someone from Total Reinigung present (he even showed up early to double-check everything was still shiny, as they had done the cleaning three days earlier), and I didn't pay anything until the agent gave the thumbs-up. The new tenant checked the cleaning very thoroughly and in his words it was "tip-top", so I'm getting my full deposit back. Hurrah!
