I contacted Amazon. They pay back the money that I paid out. ![]()
Planzer said they donāt know where the parcel is.
Planzer may not, but Iām sure their drivers know.
Apparently notime will no longer deliver for galaxus/digitec as of the end of September. Itās just not profitable and the Post will cease operations. I think Iāve had two notime deliveries and they were fine, but I will not miss it.
thank heavens!
I didnāt know they also deliver for galaxus/digitec. My stuff from them always came by the post - the original one.
The continuing saga.Somebody found my missing parcel in another section of the apartment complex (300 apartments here). And Amazon has already paid my money back for a lost parcel!
So which is it: Pay again or return the parcel?

Call them and ask them to send you a return mail label. They might just tell you to keep it. If they do give you a label make sure the address is in Switzerland. See related threads on this forum.
b..bā¦but he wants the stuff, thatās why he ordered it, no?
Then he should pay for it, less a handling charge.
Parttly the fault of Amazon. Part of their packing was covering a part of my address.
Story finished as far as I am concerned.
A minor moral dilemma, but how many people wouldnāt be at least tempted to just keep it and not reorder?
How you would answer such a question is probably something best not shared hereš®
Edit: Sorry, didnāt see this was 3 months old, somehow made into my āunread postsā pile.
Probably just because I was reading the thread due to having a delivery from Galaxus last week. Yes, via Swiss Post Cargo, i.e. not the actual local post office bods, it was a dishwasher, annoying 45cm one in one of my apartments, the full-time occupied one.
Ordered it on Monday evening, was initially scheduled to arrive Thursday or Friday, marked as "data entry POSTā on Tuesday morning, "Received warehouse POSTā on Thursday morning, "loaded for deliveryā Friday morning, arrived around 1630. So I really couldnāt ask for anything more.
So too late to install it on Friday, did it Sunday. Was more difficult getting the old one out than fitting the new one, TBH. All working fine now.
Believe it or not, I have an issue with Swiss Post right now.
I ordered a Galaxus package last Friday for Saturday delivery. It never arrived, and the date was changed to Tuesday (yesterday). It also never arrived and there is now no expected delivery date. So either the package was damaged (unlikely as it was only 0.44kg) or lost by Swiss Post. Either way it is disappointing there is no feedback.
Contact Galaxus using your on-line order. They can access information near mortals cannot.
I doubt it is lost though. Each one of those entities reflect its bar-code being scanned.
I didnāt tip the postman at Christmasā¦
It is strange though that that the expected delivery date is no longer being shown.
It isnāt lost, it is misplaced.
In which case it should be delivered within the next 20 years.
Thereās an awful lot of sorting going on in Urdorf.
Itās probably going round in circles somewhere.
Iāve had this happen a few times in the post app and itās invariably turned up on that day even though the post didnāt say it would.
I once had a package do a detour via Crans Montana but it made it here in the end. I was able to track that one on the app.
I think the updated Swiss post app is having a few teething troubles. There have been some weird things happening recently.
I had a Galaxus delivery yesterday - via Pflanzer and not Swiss Post.
At least they managed to put the package in the post box and not just leave it on top as is usual.
I get digitec / Galaxus parcels from Pflanzer and Swiss Post. Of course I prefer Swiss Post, they deposit the parcels at the door under the roof and send me a e-mail when it is there.
Pflanzer puts it inside the small department in the post box, half in half out, or even on top of it. Never lost something, but if it rains I get wet packages from Pflanzer.
