Finasteride or Minoxodil prescription

So I'm trying to get a prescription for this stuff. I've read quite a bit online and it seems really easy in every country except this one. Been to the doc a few times and she's completely dismissive. She'll just respond with "all men start losing their hair at some point blah blah blah". She thinks the drugs are dangerous despite being very well researched.

Is this the norm in Switzerland? I don't want to make an appointment with a different doctor if I'm just going to get the same response. At this point I'm considering just making a private appointment over the border

Afaik you can buy this in Germany in a pharmacy (minoxodil).

You can buy it online with Biovea but note that it has limited effect (check out the instructions)

Finasteride seems to work OK for retaining Trump's hair, also has the useful side effect of reducing potency which makes him safer near porn stars.

Is this some sort of obsession with you or?

finasteride isn't licensed in Switzerland for hair loss, so you'd need to find a specialist willing to prescribe it off-label and it would not be covered by insurance.

minoxidil is available from the pharmacy without prescription. It is not covered by the health insurance.

So you might just as well go to the pharmacy....getting a prescription won't save you anything.
