first MKF appointment

Hi,

My car is a demonstration car from September 2017 that I bought in 2018.

I was expected to get call to do the MKF, but I have received nothing until now.

Is the first MKF still 5 years after the car was registered the first time?

How can I check when I should do the MKF check?

I live in Aargau

They‘ll contact you. My letter came 7 years after I bought the car (Zürich).

Many car inspection facilities have backlogs. They tend to concentrate on clearing the backlog of older vehicles on the grounds that newer vehicles are less likely to have defects. They'll contact you when they have slots, though you can proactively schedule an appointment if you really want. to.

Assume you meant the MFK. Never heard of the MKF!
