I'm based in Zurich - but happy to travel over a weekend... seems like the mushrooms are out in force in the mountains, but I don't know any of the Swiss mushrooms (beyond a cep/porcini - nothing else seems familiar to me).

I’ve been to foraging courses and groups, but in Zug.
Contact the Pilzverrien or check the website for events.
Found a course in Ticino, but nothing in/near Zurich... (and not really set on just mushrooms, anything is ok)
Of course, Spring is not the time for mushroom foraging. Morels (morilles, Morcheln, spugnole) will start soon, depending on location, altitude and exposure. But they are so elusive and so expensive- that people are very reluctant to share. Locations usually are passed from father to son or daughter. My dad was often followed and would have to pretend to look in the wrong places... and come back later, lol. Honest I could take you, but then I'd have to kill you- kind of thing
And then one more species before the big lull until late Summer. St Georges mushrooms- as they come around 23rd April. Up here, more like middle of may. The weirdest thing, for me, is that at our last UK home, we had a big ring of them in the NE corner of our property- and here ... the same. And we get kilos and kilos of them every year. I anyone wants to come and try them, cook some with me in different ways- get in touch.
