Anyone ever use Formymobile?

Googled for a replacement phone touch screen and found this among many other places.

Otherwise anybody know of a legit place to order a replacement touch screen or have any experience in doing this?

Assume only the touch screen glass is needed while the LCD image under the cracked glass is OK. But the touch functionality is gone.

fraid not, generally the touch screen is part and parcel of the screen, so you can't separate them, what phone is it for?

Just an old Lumia 820. Figure it can't hurt trying to fix it on my own.
