Frank form letter - WebStamp

Trying to send a registered letter to my good landlord and ask them to return the rent to 1.5% referenzzinssatz.
I know the letter should be a registered letter, so I am using SwissPost’s WebStamp to create the barcode needed.
I have a PDF I would like to send, and WebStamp is asking for Frank form letter

Upload your form letter here. The recipients are identified in your letters and the franking integrated into the relevant letter. We require the document in PDF format to identify your recipient addresses. Scanned PDF files are not possible.

Should I upload my letter for landlord here? When I try that the website fails.

Easier if you just generate a webstamp, typing in the address manually. Then put your letter in the envelope

You need to go to the post office anyway, they’ll add the postage for you.

The idea is that it will automatically find and select the recipient’s address from the PDF so it can create the webstamp for your envelope or label.

The PDF must be printed and not scanned from the letter document.

If it’s not working, you could just put the recipient’s address on a blank word doc, create a pdf and upload that.

That’ll take just a minute or so.
