First I just graduated from high school (at the United States), I dont live in France. My family moved to the USA and I was 3 years old at that time. So now I am having problems regarding my future here and having hard times with college education. I do want to continue and study Business or Computer science.
I would like to know if there's a process for me with the Swiss government by using my conditions and my French nationality, so I could move there and be able to work and study legally. I dont have any family there but I am willing to start a new life, work and and be independent.

Yes. As long as you have money to support yourself and are admitted into school you shouldn't have a problem.
I don't know if you kept up with your French. For public undergraduate university, you would need to speak, read & write French (well or German or Italian if you pick those parts of the country).
There are a few undergraduate schools in English, like Franklin Pierce. These are private schools and probably just as expensive as US private schools.
If you are asking whether a US high school degree is enough to get into a university in Switzerland, then the answer is "probably not". In France, the answer is "definitly not". Usually, Americans need one year university to gain entrance into continental European universities, but it also depends on grades and universities' own admission requirements, they sometimes organize entrance tests. You would need to get in touch with the insitutions that you are interested in to get an exact answer to your individual situation.
Otherwise, it's a financial matter : if you have the means to support yourself, you're good.
