Garantie on new sunglasses

I bought a new lens for my sunglasses from Fielmann about 6 months ago. Now they have become totally cloudy so that the vision is really bad. They are prescription lenses. I compared the vision with these to my old ones which are maybe 6 years old and it confirmed that its the lens thats milky and not that I have an eye problem. The old sunglasses are perfect vision. What to do?Garantie. Money back?

Fielman is pretty good with that sort of thing.
These plastic lenses do tend to go milky and they replaced mine without too much fuss.

Take them back to Fielmann. They’ll change the lenses for you.

They might change the lens but then the same problem might happen again.

Chuck them out and buy a replacement pait from China.

My Fielmann frames broke, was still under guarantee so I took them back (it was the second set of frames - the first broke after the guarantee had expired so I paid for them).

They told me they didn’t have that frame any more, in any of their shops.
I said I had seen it on the Fielmann.ch website and they told me that the website is a different company from that operating the stores so they couldn’t get me the frames from there.

They found a frame that would fit if they ground the lenses a bit so they did that but they are a bit cr*p.
