Hello, I tried to take my motorcycle from Spain and paid the Form 13.20A, but... bad luck the motorcycle needs lots of stuff to be repaired to pass the control and to even get the papers since there was no COC for it... and it's way too much money to waste on that motorcycle. Since I paid the Form 13.20A is it possible to get a reimburse of this since the motorcycle at the end can't be imported to Switzerland since I can get all the paperwork?
Thank you for your comments.
With kind regards.

Yes, it is possible to get your 20 chufs back, but you will need the services of a solicitor and will probably have to go via an industrial tribunal and maybe even the European Commission on Human Rights.
You should allow a minimum of six years, as - like your motorbike - wheels turn slowly and bear in mind, palms may need to be oiled.
"Fees: Inspection report form 13.20A
Registration at the cantonal vehicle licensing office (motor vehicle test centre) is possible only with an inspection report form 13.20A stamped by Swiss Customs. You will receive this from us at the time of assessment; it costs CHF 20."
I don't know if you got it... I paid to import the bike first (i did it thinking the bike will pass) , then I didn't even manage to get the paperwork to go to the control, then I want to know if I can get reimbursed what I paid (or at least a part of it) form 13.20A.
Regards.
Yes, I didn't say that I had to pay because I bought that piece of sh*** on May, therefore I had to pay not only the chf20 but chf 500!!!!
No, you will not get anything back.
Part it out.

The bike you bought was probably a bargain price - too good to miss?
Is it now officially registered here?
Just wondering whether if you now take it back to Spain you'd be hit for Spanish import tax too
I guess so because I exported it from Spain <>
CHF 500 ? Where do they come from, did you forget to list your bike on your Form 18.44?
But to answer most of your question read
18.86 Refund of import duties and VAT due to re-exportation
How many km are on the clock of your bike?
has anyone ever done this?
i imported a car, paid the import tax and VAT but never put it on Swiss plates. Now i have a buyer in Germany.
