Anyone know if there is someone that makes grappa around Zurich, ideally the Zug side as I am in Affoltern am Albis. I have two buckets full.

I have just picked the white grapes I have (the Wasps love them), they are quite 'tart' and I always though they could make good Grappa.
Usually, around here they throw them in a container, allow them to ferment, and then wait for the mobile distillery (mobile Schnapsbrennerei) to come around to turn wine into grappa.
