I wonder what’s the difference, both allow using GP and telmed, but the premiums are different. I’ve chosen the cheaper. To my surprise the price difference between those two is in the opposite order in SZ, so I have to pay a few CHF more till the end of the year
Might be slightly more meaningful if you explained what you were talking about rather than assuming that everyone knows what those initials/abbreviations mean.
I googled it.
Two insurance models from the same company, KPT.
KPTwin.win: Call Medi24 or your family doctor in first instance.
Discounts of between 5 and 25%.
KPTwin.doc. Always consult family doctor first for initial assessment.
Discounts of between 10 and 23%.
Benefits for both models the same.
@sichuan: you didn’t say which model was cheaper in which Kanton?
Assuming the telephone contact reaches the same call centre irrespective of which Kanton you reside in, I’m assuming that in on of the two Kantons, doctors charge more.
I’m sorry, yeah, I’m equally confused by the plan nick names.
I have win.win which was the cheaper in Kanton ZH.

The confusing part is that both offer telemed I had the impression that only win.win offered dual access, GP or Telmed, so the fact that the premium was cheaper made sense to me (I assume telmed incurs the cheapest running costs). Yet, the description contradicts it, besides I’m surprised about the price tags swap.
