Healthy and yummy baby food menus

Hello to everyone there who enjoys cooking for your babies. My baby is one year old , and i was wondering if you can share some baby menu ideas for the little ones, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snakcs..., Sometimes i find myself cooking the same stuff and though my little baby likes them, it is always good to vary.

So can you please share some of your best recipes here. Thank you very much!

I used to have a babycook so used most of their recipies from there, and even without a baby cook, you can also use them. Have to say that from 1 year, my kids started to eat the same as us. I know to give a web link is not really the point, but they really have cool recipes and lots of my friends have also used the recipes from baby cook .

its a load of fun

someone on BabyCentre.co.uk compiled this list of breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas in a "meals for a month challenge". It's a list of meals rather than actual recipes, but might be useful if, like me, you're sometimes lacking in inspiration for something new!!

I've also used some of the recipes on My Daddy Cooks website - turned out great!

Baby led weaning is great - in a nutshell you feed them the same as you eat and sit down as a family together, just hold off on the salt and sugar in your cooking.

Oops sorry I forgot to post the links for this:

Hi there

My two bigger girls really loved and enjoyed meals that we made at home.

With one year then you could try this very easy recipe that goes fast and that the kids love.

Small portion whole wheat nudels cooked.

Three small pieces broccoli finely chopped

One boiled and skinned tomatoe

for those who love to eat meat then two slices cold meat cut in strips

Cook tomatoe and broccoli together and add the nudels so that the sauce gets taken in a bit. Add the meat strips and stir. Served with a loving kiss from mom and maybe the one or other cloth for the table. The kids enjoy it as the fresh vegtables come over really well and there is the nudels to chew on.

Good ideas from Annabel Karmel's book and website: www.annabelkarmel.com .

Thank you to all you mums that are replying to my thread, i know i can google and find some recipes, in fact i do it, but as i always say i love to hear from mum's experiences, i also have a baby cook, i love it!

I didn't know the links you sent, thanks a lot!

I am also interesting in food that are not constipating or too gassy, so ideas are always welcome.

Enjoy the sun!
