Heard of the P90x?

Ooookaaayyy.... Your location says "Basel."

P90X is great but Insanity is better IMHO and I did both

Staying commited to a tough routine 6 days a week is very hard work so hanging on for 60 days with Insanity opposed to P90X which is.....dada ....90 days you will more likely be able to succeed.

Also....Insanity is without any gear and the girls on the DVD looks better than the P90X chicks :-)

This is how you order.

I have bought P90X, P90X2, Insanity and Insanity Asylum plus some gear from Beachbody and it works well every time. Shipped with Fedex to your home for very low shipping rate,

My location says ZH Unterland but I don't bother to change when I travel - do you ?

I am traveling and was trying to determine if it is worth having the product delivered to my hotel here in the US or if the cost difference is minimal and therefore would order when back in Basel. Would particular important if buying the versions that come with equipment.

Okay, explained then...

If in the US, see if you can just snap up the discs from someone on craigslist... As to the supplements, I am sure you can find them, or the exact same, in Switzerland, and you won't have the hassle of carrying bulky supplements back with you. That's my two cents, for what its worth...

As Beachbody ships internationally to the same price as they ship to the US. The only difference could be the tax which you might be asked to pay when FedEx brings your package to your door. As far as I remember it I was not charged anything though.

However, if you wants to buy any supplements from Beachbody they do not ship those internationally due to restrictions.

I looked at the US and UK websites and only allow shipping to US/Canada & UK respectively.

Which website have you used?

Check the link in one if my previous posts.

Or go to www.Beachbody.com and click "we ship worldwide" in upper right corner.......

I know a few people that have done it and the results speak for themselves. The only real issue is that the program requires a lot of time for the workouts.

The only equipment you would need to purchase is a pull up bar (50 chf) and some bands or dumbbells (~150 CHF).

There is also a program from Men's health called "speed shred" which also looks to be pretty good.
