Switzerland is the country with four official languages - none of them is English.
As I guess your English is already good enough to be a Java developer I suggest you study German, French, Italian or Romantsch. Okay, forget Romantsch as the area where it is spoken is tiny. I mean really tiny even for Swiss standard. 
Improve your French instead, shouldn’t be too difficult, then you can look for a job in Lausanne.
