Help Finding Owner of Swiss Vaccine Card?

Today, at a tram stop in Zurich, a stranger's vaccine card was lying on the ground. I picked it up and thought about leaving it behind on a bench, but I know these are important and didn't want to leave it in the elements.

I have the person's name, and tried Google, but no luck. They visited the COVID-19 Impftram Zurich (8048 - maybe Stadelhofen???), so maybe they could contact the person. The other vaccinations are many years old, various practices.

Try an Impftram? Police station? Advice welcome.

The person probably wouldn't know where they lost it and might well check with the place they were vaccinated. I would take it to them.

The lost and found in Zurich is well organised and most people go there first.

If there is a vaccination Lot sticker in the pass they will be able to find the person.

Hence like pluc already said I would leave it at the Impftram

Most people need the vaccination certificate for just a few minutes to update their Covid app on their phone. After that the piece of paper isn't necessary anymore. You just show your phone app.

Not everyone has a phone.

A friend has her bar code on a piece of paper, with a high quality copy of her ID on the other side. In a little plastic folder. She finds it easier to pull this out of her handbag than do the same with her phone and purse/wallet.

Sometimes technology is the best solution.

I think OP refers to the vaccination booklet with someone's vaccination history and not the single piece of paper which can be downloaded anyway. OP is that correct?

The last vaccination will probably be covid and have a vaccination centre stamp. Send/take it there.

OP is clearly referring to the booklet with vaccination history. If I lost mine, even though a bit tattered, I would be happy to have it returned.

Right, what I found is a complete vaccine history card. Unfortunately, the Covid vaccines were received on the Impftram (no address) and since they rotate around the city, I think the best bet is to stop at one on my way today to ask if they can locate the person, or I will take to the Police Station Lost/Found. Hopefully, this will do the trick!
