We need to have our civil license legalised in geneva with UAE Embassy but postal companies arent helping as they cant guarantee picking up completed paperwork. Not residing in switzerland so need a way to get the document back to either uk or UAE. Embassy not too helpful. Anyone used such a service? Or know how to go about it!

Registered post from either UAE or UK to Swiss embassy and back again. When renewing a British passport you can automatically include the return registration part in the price you pay so may be possible for doing something similar with UAE embassy here.
Or have you checked whether you can get it legalised at the Swiss embassy in UAE?
It needs to be taken to the chancellory in valais (no idea where/how to contact them) and then to uae embasy in Bern or geneva for attestation for the uae. Once i have this (could take a lifetime), i have to submit in uae to the uae foreign office. Not easy to arrange. Embassys more so unwilling to help. People walk in and pay and receive documents. Uk and uae dont do return envelopes. Big courier comaoniss are unwilling to help as no contact name...
Looking for a person/company who can be liason in country before sending it back to uk or uae for me with courier seevice.

The standard Swiss post service will now collect items & parcels, and deliver them, even for private customers , you need to register with them first.

The chancellerie staff will help on these matters. Prepay legalisation + post to them and then they will forward documents or return documents.
I suggest that you give yourself extra time to communicate as their office of opening is restricted. It will be nearly 2 weeks by the time they receive paperwork from me.
