I'm thinking of renting one of my houses in Italy; but want to insure it against damages (the interior is decorated with things which wouldn't be easy to replace).
That said, insurance companies in Italy are notoriously good at never paying out under any circumstance... but my experience with Swiss insurers has been different...
So has anyone done something similar?
