Home office to on-site

Hello,

I’m currently working from my country (non-eu), have been 1 month that I am home office from a company located in ZH, CH.

Now they asked me if I would like to transfer my work to be working on-site in Zurich.

I wanted to know if it is the same process for the others like a non-eu, or if there is any specific thing for transfers?

I think it’s pretty much the same. They have to justify wanting you instead of someone who’s already living/working here.
