I can also recommend Schloss Atelier. You can go visit at Schlieren, they have good warranty and they're great looking furniture. Ever since we got ours, I haven't slept in a nicer bed, including in pretty swanky hotels.
I've heard great things about Coco-mat as well, and were always happy to sleep on them in a couple of hotels. I think they can give you try-out coupons for stays in Switzerland
Mattresses are a deep rabbit hole and discussions about box spring vs foam are endless online, so best for you to take your time, shop around, and try to see what feels nice.
I think that's their factory and showroom. They have in the back room some exhibition stuff that you can get decent discounts on - I'm guessing that's what they mean by "outlet". We went for custom hardness and custom sized/coloured bed so we couldn't take advantage.
We went a year ago, delivery window was 4-8 weeks, it came in 4 or 5 if I remember correctly.
Hmm... Even though I usually stay in 5 star hotels and I find most of hotel beds to be uncomfortable, often end up with back pain and bed reviews are the main thing besides hygiene I check. Hence it was interesting to read the thread
The best hotel beds experience was in Japan. Stayed more than a week in Ascott Marunouchi so it was definitely good but also relatively lower priced Japanese hotels had excellent beds as well.
Maybe not the answer you are looking for but Pfister has a decent collection of mattresses. The best one had 3 month delivery so opted for another model which ended up being ok. I also found some natural ones in Diga to be comfortable for an ok-ish price (approx. 1000fr, was long time ago) but did not end up buying them.
Something I'd advise against are 3-5-7 zone beds as they depend on your size and also if you need to sleep in an unusual position (frequently happens with babies/toddlers around) then it quickly becomes far from optimal. But may depend on your habits
I have found the opposite. I always tend to sleep really well in hotels. I'm a bigger guy, so extra support really helps. I think also the combination of AC (I like to sleep in cold rooms) and black out curtains also help.
I have a Hypnos bed in my house in London and that is the best bed I've slept on. They sell them here, so I will also check out their shop in Zurich
We had several premium brands over the years (as well as cheap Ikea stuff). Last time a new one was due I tried a German startup, they also sell directly in CH: https://www.bett1.ch/
Its reversible with a medium and a harder side. Price is on IKEA level if not below and the quality is the best we ever had including some few k CHF matrass that came with an Italian high end brand bed. We liked it so much that we bought a second one for our guest room. I normally have better topics to talk about but one of our guests honestly commented on how comfortable the bed was...
We were able to get a UK supplier to bring us a Hypnos bed over. Even with carriage it worked out considerably cheaper than buying from the concession on Nüschelerstrasse in Zurich. It was pre-brexit, though.
I also got one from Elite (near the Ikea in Aubonne). Pricey (think >5k chf for 180x200), but so very thick and has the soft spots right where they need to be.
They brought in the new one, and took the old mattress with no extra charges required (well, transport and recycling was likely part of the original price tag).
A mattress is there for roughly ten years and you spend a third of your life on it, so that overall came to cost me and the wife 1chf a day per person, less than a cup of coffee (if you're into looking at it like that).
I could not find any of the beds I tried to be particularly comfortable. I got a bedsofa which seemed comfortable when tried. Chose it because not many other places offer natural materials and they had a huge selection of colours. It is OK-ish but the least comfortable one out of three sofas we have.
Edit: It was purchased from their shop in ZH city center. Actually on a second thought not sure if the bedsofa is of the same brand, but was sold in the shop.
Looked at Hasena in Germany today. Hasena is a Swiss brand. Wonder if it is cheaper to buy from Germany? Would they install and remove old bed and mattress.
