I have ordered from them too but there are a lot of medicines that they won’t ship to Switzerland and they won’t sell you more than the maximum you are allowed to buy in one go in the UK.
And you can get a box of 100. When I had my knee replaced in 2018, I was prescribed paracetamol, in boxes of 100. I can’t remember the price, but it didn’t seem outrageous. .
I have paracetamol on prescription and the box of 100 tablets (1g tablets rather than the 500mg available OTC) I have in the cupboard was 18.95chf so not outrageously expensive at all.

All pharmacies required me to have a dossier with them to sell me Paracetamol. My wife has a dossier with one and they sold her the pills.
I noticed they didn't charge me the "advice" this time, which is always charged when I buy at the store.
I had a terrible headache during the 23rd, 24th and 25th but I'm much better now. I wish I could smell and taste though.
