How do I get protein powder, vitamins, herbal supplements, greens powder, into CH???

It seems as though "foodstuffs" are prohibited in my personal goods air shipment...Are the above items a "no no" to bring into Switzerland in my checked/carryon luggage? Are they going to be a problem with customs?

You can buy fresh greens here. No need to buy green powder. They sell chicken, beans, eggs etc so okay for protein too and plenty of fresh herbs so you don't need supplements there either.

Are you planning a trip to Switzerland, or to the International Space Station?

you can bring food stuffs up to certain limits into Switzerland....I regularly do when I go back to the UK (suitcase is usually 60% groceries) and we've brought back protein powders as well. The only limits are regarding meats, daily, oils and a few others...I can't remember as I only looked at the areas I was interested in.

I am vegan, and an athlete and use the powder as a way to supplement my protein intake without eating eggs and chickens on the International Space Station

I buy all my vitamins on trips to the US or UK and bring them in my luggage, but you can also get good quality supplements from Solgar and they will ship to you.

I have no idea if they are vegan friendly though..... If need a lot maybe add it in your shipment ??

I also occasionally enjoy herbal supplements but would never try to bring them on a plane

There are a few vegan athletes (okay, at least one) on here who could probably help with getting suitable food locally but I think their choice of vegan food is probably more of the fresh kind.

I would say none of those things are food.
