@Jumping Captain: Only the person who filled the Betreibung can request a removal of the mark. The Betreibungsamt won't act on "politely asked".
You have not grasped any of the situation and even red blobbed me for it you fool.
Perhaps it is just better that if you do not understand the topic you just don't comment. Some threads are game for a bit of banter, this topic is not funny or a laughing matter and does not need a jumped up prat giving their insight on something they do not understand.
I never said it was an expensive mistake either, just an inconvenience I could do without had one of either of the companies sent me invoices, but we have spoken about customer service of the Swiss on another thread. The money is not an issue, I took one of your jobs remember.
Am a happy fool, thanks I don't have the problem with the Betreibungsamt.
If something was not understood, why didn't you make an effort to clear things up and explain your point different? Your replied dwell on the same thing... what do you want me to do? Pat you on the back and say everything will be OK? NO! You screwed up, deal with it. Same with my opinion, don't like it? Tough, don't ask in a public forum in the first place... deal with it. Took one of my jobs? Do you know me? Naaaa... doubt it. Want a job? Want to clean my toilet?
As you are Swiss, like many of them you of course you are used to taking advantage of foreigners and screwing people over and therefore do not see it as an issue when companies do not stick to the contract and issue invoices to the client.
When my clients have disputes with invoices, I dont then not provide them any information, multiply the invoice by 5, and then file a debt notice to them, I actually offer client service and resolve the issue. Again, being Swiss, perhaps you are used to working in dark corridors and trying to scam people.
Luckily this auslander has more clout and they soon realised I wouldnt be taken for a ride.
Problem solved.
Again, you are not understanding it was they who screwed up. Jeez, no wonder i have to take the salaries and apartments of people like you.
If you have a cold, head to the chemist.
Thank you for the helpful Swiss for your comments. Didnt neet to resort to quoting the law in the end but it was good to know none the less and you went above and beyond in providing me info unlike Captain Clueless.
Mods, can you close this thread please.
oooooooh boy
I had contract.
I stopped using phone as got another phone paid for by my company.
I put phone in drawer.
I kept paying the invoices....because I have a contract. I understand how they work. I did not cancel it because it made more sense to pay the 120chf per month rather than the large cancellation fee.
I paid up to March 2012 from having stopped using it in Dec 2011. No problems.
I disputed March 2012, as it was 5 times the monthly subscription when it has been off. Maybe you dont question these things. I do.
I carried on with life, as my life has other things in it. I was waiting for a resolution to my dispute.
I received NO MORE INVOICES. NO MORE INVOICES CAME TO MY HOUSE. Does that make sense to you now? To pay invoice you must receive yes. When a contract is entered, there is more than one party with obligations. understand?
I then had to find out my contract was cancelled by phoning them to ask for a status on where my invoices have been. Yes I am guilty of not chasing them soon, but this is a two way street. If they want payment, they have to send an invoice. Do you understand that? They never told me they cancelled my contract. I then requested the invoices and cancellation letter, which I received AFTER a betreibung.
Are you really so dense?
Obviously you manage to telepathically receive invoices and when they are 5 times the agreed amount think this is normal. Well, more fool you.
I knew nothing of this, no letter no phone call nothing. .
/QUOTE]
Found it odd you said no phone call, when the phone was switched off!
It could well have been they had been either trying to phone or text you on the orange number they had for you.
Quite possibly.
They did have an email address and resident address that they could of contacted me on like they successfully managed to for the first 12 months of the contract.
It doesnt matter now anyway. it was just a frustrating thing to live through again after cablecom pulled a similar trick. Luckily I had them by the nut sack and got upgrade and credit large enough on my account I had no bill to pay for 6 months.
But this is bit more tricky. Luckily betreibung is wiped and additional costs gone, which is only fair anyway, but had to pay the contract cancellation fee, for something I didnt necessarily want to cancel and just wanted an explanation on why I was being charged 500 for my March bill, which was supposedly roaming fees for a phone that was off for several months.
All resolved now though
Jumping, just to show you how generous I can be, I bought you something for xmas, let me know where I can drop it off for you, as I know you wouldnt want to meet.
On basis I wasn't paying for any other phone because it was free, it really wasn't a change of circumstances.
So yeah prob best you moved on.
