How hard is Basel tap water?

I recently purchased a Siemans dishwasher which requires me to enter a number that indicates the hardness of the water.

They mention values such as Clarke and mmol/l.

Any ideas where I can obtain such values?

Assuming you come from the postcode 4000 it has a french hardness grade of 18-25, which you pretty much divide by 10 to get mmol/l... so 1.8-2.5 mmol/l

there are several hardness measurement grades, English (Clark, °e), French (°f), German (°d), mmol/l etc... so between 12.5-17.5 °e
