Why Zürich when you live in Bern?
She goes to the Gemeinde, applies for a permit and that is it.
Do you mean you are both EU citizens?
If so, is she living separately in Zürich because she has a job there? Or is she living with you as your dependant?
Sorry, I moved to Zürich, I didnt realize my profile was not correct.
So, we will both live in canton Zürich and she won't have or look for a job in switzerland as she works remotely.

I think she will still need to declare her income from abroad on taxes here. Hopefully someone with more expertise in the area will be along shortly.
Does she even need family reunion? Doesn't FMOP mean that as an EU citizen, she can move here whenever she wants to? The actual permit paperwork can take a few weeks.
