I would like to move from iway to salt fiber. I wrote them an e-mail saying I want to cancel the fiber service and ask them how to proceed. I have not got any response for 3 days. If they do not response, what should I do? Many thanks for your answer.
Send a letter by registered mail and ask them to confirm. Email cancellation is not valid
Keep a copy of the physical letter you send.
Attach to it the receipt given to you by the Post Office for registering the mail.
These two things, together, are what count, in Switzerland, as properly having given notice.
What does it say in your contract, about cancellation? For example: notice period, method of cancellation, possible charges?
Just curious, any reasons for moving away from iway. I just moved to apartment and looking for best deal.

I've been at iway with fiber for 2 years. I've nothing to complain, there were at maximum 2 or 3 outages, which were quite short (hours). My emails run still over their "hosting" offer (you need an own domain), which includes 5 email adresses and 500 MB hosting space, for 6CHF/month.
Support is average IMO, but I didn't really need it much.
