How to handle dispute over pre-sales fees

Hello,

I have dispute with my company for payment of pre-sales fees. I received those fees over last 10 years, but recently the company decided to change and reduce significant my fees which I refused.

Since then we have dispute for around 100 KCHF

How to handle such case? only by law firms (that request 5 KCHF in advance)? any other ways?

Thanks in advance for any recommendation

Robert

I see you’re in Ticino. The Swiss Bar Association offer a 30 minute legal consultation for 30 CHF. It’s enough time to assess your case and your chances of success.
Make the most of the appointment by taking your contract and other relevant info. If you want to proceed the lawyer will be able to recommend someone in that domain that suits your budget.

Your legal insurance?

Essentially though I think what you are talking about is a change of a bonus scheme which typically companies have a right to do unilaterally.

If the amount is clearly written in your employment contract, and you have records of the sales you've made for them, then it should be quite simple and clear to get the money through legal proceedings.

If not, then good luck ... but as GParker suggested, take all of your paperwork along to that legal consultation - with the relevant sections of your contract ready for the lawyer to read. If it's not in the contract, then perhaps bank records showing the payments will be useful to make your case.

Dear all - many thanks for your replies. I will start with OATI
