I feel stupid for posting this but am getting fed up so reaching out for help. I have searched the website, but admit my German is not fantastic so maybe I'm not searching the right term. I've tried variations on Erstattung and Entschädigung but am not having much luck.
How does one submit bills for reimbursement to KPT? I have hunted around for about 30 minutes and nothing is jumping out at me. Shouldn't this kind of info be obvious on the website??
From reading other threads, it seems like there should be a standard online form I can fill out and attach with all the bills, and maybe a handy address...

Ja, Sie kleben eine KPT-Klebeetikette auf die Rechnung und senden diese mit den mitgelieferten Adressetiketten an die KPT. Vergessen Sie nicht auf der Etikette die Kostenart anzukreuzen. Wenn Sie keine Etiketten mehr haben, erfassen Sie im KPTnet eine Nachricht an Ihre persönliche Kundenberaterin oder Ihren persönlichen Kundenberater.
Can I, an an online client, continue to send in my doctor's bills?
Yes, stick a KTP label on the bill and send this, with the supplied Addresslabel to the KPT. Don't forget to tick the 'Kostenart' (Form of payment?)
If you have run out of labels, write a message in KTPnet to your personal advisor.

It does make sense and I even found something similar on another thread...except I never received any stickers. We have hunted through all our paperwork for the past several years and my OH has stickers but I do not. I thought maybe the process had changed or something. Sigh, into the black hole of "Contact us" we go...
Your KPT bill features a contact person on the top left. Call him/her up to order the labels, should be very quick especially if you have your client number ready.
