How to return Swisscom router and TVbox

I have cancled my Swisscom subscription and need to return all equipments from Swisscom. I got an email several days ago, asking me to return them by mail (they provided me an address). I am just wondering how I am going to return them? Do I need to buy a box and pay the delivery fee myself ? Does anyone have idea what should I do ? Many thanks in advance !

Call Swisscom, ask them to send you the box and the postage label. This is what was arranged when I cancelled mine today. BTW, they told me they only wanted the TV box back and not the Internet box.

Mmmm .... can't speak for Swisscom, as my experience is only with Cablecom, but when the equipment first arrived, there was already a postage paid returns label included.

I kept the original packaging (which, of course, you've done too ), and just popped the equipment back in the box, affixed the label and dropped it down the post office ..... job done.

When I cancelled my Swisscom subscription I took them to the nearest Swisscom shop. You might have to provide some details like customer number or something similar, but it was pretty straight forward. They took the router and the TV box without any questions.

.... but get some kind of receipt/proof of return, otherwise it may come back to bite you up the bum.

Yes, sorry, I forgot to mention (it was some time ago). They did give me a receipt for each item returned.

well i took mine to swisscom shop in zürich city. was no problem.

I am fairly certain you have paid for the router and do not need to return it.

But they wanted the TV box back and told us to bring it back to any Swisscom shop. Be sure to provide get proof that you have returned it.

Take it all to the nearest Swisscom shop with your Customer No.

yes. take it all to the swisscom shop. its their problem not yours!!!Gottverdammtemal!
