What do you do when you need a way to understand some text and google translate can't help you?
I am looking for a translation for "wüssemers" and I can't find a way to translate it. This is just an example.

The latter. The former would be "wüssemer" (no ending "s"), alternatively "me wüssed's".

But OP, keep in mind that it's very much not nice to go through other's texts, and illegal to boot. People may decide to not be of service.
About translations in general: Keep in mind that context is critical. A given word may have more than one meaning. So: Quote the complete sentence in which the word appears, and if possible the sentences preceding and following. It may also help to describe the situation, explain what's going on.
It's not helped by the fact that Swiss-German isn't codified and there's no "correct" way of writing it.
The rise and fall of the word could give you a clue that it's a compound word; if you can pull it apart then you might be able to decipher it. The best thing is to ask a Swiss.
"omfahre" and "omfahre" are antonyms, mean exactly the opposite :)
