Does anyone knows about UK hsmp (point based system). i.e. how to apply from switzerland. I am an indian and currently working in switzerland and planning to apply for new general visa under point based system.

HSMP has been replaced this year with General Highly Skilled Migrants Points, you may find this calculator useful ?
then get in touch with the British Embassy in Bern, you can Google that yourself.
