I'm not sure if this is the correct thread to post this (apologies for that, just in case), but I got an offer as engineer from the IMTF group (Fribourg - Zurich) and I would like to know if somebody in this forum ever worked with them, what is your opinion about them.
I researched a bit the company, and it seems there used to be a big turnover and a toxic environment, is that true? Some opinions in Glassdoow suggested a discouraging atmosphere, but I don't know if those opinions are representative of what I'm going to find.
I'm balancing options, somebody who could shed some light here?
I worked for them as a contractor for about a year back in 2019.
My experience was very positive in terms of both colleagues and managers but I was working mostly remotely and didn't have much on-site time (went to Givisiez just a couple of times).
I have to admit I haven't followed the situation in the company since I left but I'd highly doubt there's a so-called toxic environment over there.
However it really depends on who you're manager will be.
I'd say it's a very nice company to work for. It's small and that's good and bad at the same time.
